ArmorPro Coatings will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of any scheduling adjustments.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide safe access to the work area.
- Remove vehicles, furniture, storage items, and personal belongings before service begins.
- Ensure pets and children remain away from the work area.
- Provide access to electricity and water when required.
- Disclose any known concrete issues before work begins.
Delays caused by inaccessible work areas may result in additional charges or project rescheduling.
Expansion Joints & Control Joints
ArmorPro Coatings does not fill, bridge, or permanently cover expansion joints, isolation joints, or moving control joints as part of a standard coating installation. These joints are intentionally designed to allow concrete slabs to expand, contract, and move over time.
Coating over or rigidly filling these joints can lead to cracking, delamination, or premature coating failure. Unless otherwise specified in writing as part of the project scope, expansion joints and moving control joints will remain visible and functional after the installation is complete.
Any joint repair or filling services requested by the customer must be approved in writing prior to the start of the project. ArmorPro Coatings is not responsible for future movement, cracking, or separation occurring at or around expansion joints, control joints, or other areas of natural concrete movement.
Surface Conditions
Concrete is a natural material.
Existing concrete may contain:
- Cracks
- Spalling
- Moisture issues
- Previous repairs
- Surface imperfections
- Stains
- Color variations
While ArmorPro Coatings performs professional preparation and repair, no coating system can permanently eliminate all natural concrete movement or guarantee that future cracking will not occur.
Color & Finish Variations
Actual colors, textures, flake blends, gloss levels, and finishes may vary slightly from samples due to:
- Lighting conditions
- Natural concrete characteristics
- Material batches
- Environmental conditions during installation
Minor variations are considered normal.
Curing Times
Customers agree to follow all curing instructions provided after installation.
Using the coated surface before recommended cure times may damage the coating and may void applicable workmanship warranties.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined within each individual estimate or contract.
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Deposits may be required before scheduling.
- Final payment is due upon project completion.
- Late payments may be subject to applicable fees permitted by law.
ArmorPro Coatings reserves the right to suspend future work until outstanding balances are paid.
Cancellations
Customers should notify ArmorPro Coatings as soon as possible if a project must be canceled or rescheduled.
Projects canceled after materials have been ordered or preparation has begun may be subject to reasonable cancellation or restocking charges.
Warranty
ArmorPro Coatings stands behind the quality of its workmanship.
Any applicable workmanship warranty applies only to the original installation performed by ArmorPro Coatings and is subject to the terms outlined in the customer’s project agreement.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:
- Abuse
- Improper cleaning
- Chemical spills
- Structural movement
- Flooding
- Fire
- Impact damage
- Vehicle abuse
- Improper maintenance
- Modifications by others
- Normal wear and tear
Specific warranty terms may vary depending on the coating system installed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArmorPro Coatings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

- Project delays
- Material availability
- Weather events
